1. Ordering Policy

   • Orders must be carefully placed as there is no exchange or return policy for international exports.

2. Missing Items & Electrical Items

   • In case of missing items, a signature is required, particularly for electrical items.

3. Grocery Items

   • Customers have the option to pick up grocery items on their own at the port. A video proof of the items can be provided upon request.

4. Shipping Timeframes

   • Grocery items and large items will be shipped within 3-7 business days.

   • Smaller items will be shipped via plane within 3-5 business days.

   • Purchases made on Friday will be processed on Monday and shipped subsequently.

5. Return Policy

   • There is a strict no return policy on international exports to ensure the integrity and management of overseas transactions.

   • All items sold are 100% original.
